Sri Lanka 斯里蘭卡
Dr. Kwok led humanitarian and cultural projects in Sri Lanka, including funding purified water systems and pipeline networks for rural Buddhist temples and communities. He also supports large-scale food donation and education sponsorship programs.

In 1988, he founded the International Centre of Sakyamuni Culture in Hong Kong and later helped establish a new centre in Meizhou, Guangdong. He has led translation of key Buddhist texts into Chinese, French, English, and German.

Georgia 格魯吉亞
At the invitation of Mikhail Gorbachev, Dr. Kwok advised on the reintroduction of Buddhist and ethical culture in former Soviet states such as Georgia, aligning Buddhist philosophy with social recovery.
